My family had an extraordinary time.
It will take them some time, maybe 20 years, for my children to understand and comprehend what they saw and everything they did. They saw the Venus de Milo for 10 minutes with no other people around. The guides were great, the hotel was awesome…staying in the Marais was exceptional.
The day we traveled to Versailles, we saw it all!

Etienne, your team was amazing! I can not believe Jennifer picked up the phone so quickly after I sent her an e-mail. She also negotiated a wonderful rate at La Reserve as well as set up the meet and greets immediately. Magnificent! That is the best word to describe the experiences Jennifer put together for our most wonderful trip! We wanted to visit Normandy and finish with Paris and the Roland-Garros competition. We used almost all modes of transportation: car, van, private car, train, and ferry! We wanted to visit the beaches of Normandy, as my father-in-law was part of the invasion support during WWII. We also visited Giverny and the Bayeux tapestry museum. Our stay at Château La Chenevière was just lovely. We had to get from Cherbourg, France, to Southampton, England, for the next part of our journey. We had never been on an ocean-going ferry, and it was quite enjoyable. Jennifer arranged a cabin for our crossing the English Channel. Great idea, as we could relax as we wanted, or go and explore the ferry.
After our travels around Great Britain, we took the Eurostar from London to Paris. Great way to travel. In Paris we stayed at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand. Wonderful location, easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. At the hotel Jennifer arranged for breakfast to be included, and we had daily, all-day access to the ‘club’ room. Just delightful to be welcomed and pampered after a day of walking and sightseeing. A highlight for me was visiting Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, outside of Paris. It was a delightful experience to visit and marvel at the estate and learn the history. Even though the weather did not cooperate in Paris - it was mostly light drizzle and cloudy skies - our time at Roland-Garros, center court, was under cover. Excellent seats and transportation arranged by Jennifer. We had tickets for both day and night sessions. Another service Jennifer offers is a meet-and-greet at the airport, train, ferry, and also help with navigating through customs. Jennifer made our trip into an experience of a lifetime. If I never get a chance to return to Europe, I am so thankful I could visit Paris! It was so evident why the Le Bristol is a 5-star hotel. Impeccable service! All staff members were accommodating, professional, courteous, welcoming, and friendly, from the housekeepers to the waiters in the dining room to the receptionists and porters. We relied mostly on getting around by taxi. We could always rely on the receptionists and drivers to be efficient and punctual. Our transportation was always at the hotel at the designated time every time. The hotel is exquisite! Gorgeous flower arrangements, paintings, and furniture. Beautiful rooms and gardens! We thoroughly enjoyed all the excursions, especially the Louvre Museum, and food tour in Montmartre and Versailles. All the drivers arrived on time and the tour guides were personable and knowledgeable. The Catacombs were scheduled for an 11:00 tour, but we discovered the tickets were for 3:00 when we arrived at the site. I contacted Queen of Clubs. They were very helpful in giving suggestions about places we could go to in the immediate area to pass the time. We walked to the Luxembourg Gardens and loved them! Beautiful gardens on a beautiful day and so grateful for the detour! We would not have seen them otherwise!
The food we ate was scrumptious including the gourmet dinner on the Seine River cruise. Top notch! We loved the croissants served every morning for breakfast, especially the chocolate and apple ones! We had dinner at Angelina's which was delicious! I was sure to get dessert as they have their own wonderful bakery. Let's not forget the goodies we found in our hotel room every day--the chocolates and cookies, high quality, of course! Also, I am thankful for the VIP service from and to the airport. It put me at ease tremendously, especially after reading that Charles de Gaulle Airport is the second largest airport in Europe. Everything went very smoothly. The guide during the wine tours was unbelievable. We appreciated her vast knowledge of Bordeaux and her warm personality — she was an integral part of our trip. We LOVED Saint Emilion — this was the most charming village and we enjoyed the wine tours. We also loved Medoc even though it was extremely different. We now understand the value of seeing both areas and have a better sense of how to position the differences to our clients if their time is limited. Furthermore, we felt the timing was done perfectly and we never felt like we were in the car for too long or in a certain place for too long… if anything, we could have spent more time exploring those amazing streets in Saint Emilion!
It goes without saying that the grounds and property at Les Sources de Caudalie are absolutely STUNNING! We were so grateful for the experience and the most relaxing way to end a difficult work trip! The food experience was okay. Though there aren't tons of dining options, places like Rouge and French Paradox offer cool vibes and tasty drinks. La Table Du Lavoir was also beautiful and delicious. Breakfast is definitely a highlight here! It would be awesome to have a little market where guests can grab sandwiches and snacks to enjoy on the beautiful grounds. And adding a casual restaurant serving classic French dishes all day long would make it even better. These changes would make sure guests have a fantastic time enjoying delicious food during their stay. We also absolutely loved the rooms! They were super cosy with gorgeous decor and communal spaces. I love Queen of Clubs! I have worked with Queen of Club for clients on trips to Ireland, Scotland, England, and France and just love them. I am currently working with them on another couple of trips to Ireland (one of them my own), a trip to England and Scotland, and another trip to France and Italy. I really love working with them for many reasons, a couple of which are their attention to detail, and their fabulous hotels. I am picky about hotels and so are my clients. With other suppliers, I often have to request nicer hotels but I never feel that way with Queen of Clubs and it makes my life so much easier.
I also really appreciate their timely responsiveness to me. It is very important to me to get fast responses from suppliers even if it is just to say they got my message and are working on it. I also really like that they check in with the clients every night while they are traveling regarding their services for the next day. This is a very, very nice touch that sets them apart from other suppliers. I have received excellent feedback from clients about the tours, drivers, and hotels. One of the trips I am currently working with them on is a group trip for an extended family of 13. I really appreciated getting on the phone with Zara and Elda and having them help me with the itinerary. Zara explained the hotels they would offer in each location, activities, and airports. It was so helpful! I don't feel the need to request quotes from other suppliers when Queen of Clubs services the area with which I need assistance. They are that good!
